S'mores are a delicious campfire treat that we all know and love. Nostalgic and satisfying.

But let's be honest — between the sugar overload and the sticky mess, they don't exactly fit into a fat loss or muscle-building plan. That's why we put together 5 s'mores-inspired protein recipes that let you enjoy that nostalgic flavor without derailing your goals.

S'mores Energy Bites

Servings: 10 (1 Serving = 2 Energy Bites)

Total Time: 8 Minutes

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Peanut Butter

- 2 Scoops Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein

- 1/3 Cup Honey

- 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

- 3/4 Cup Oats

- 1 oz Chocolate Chips

- 1/2 Cup Mini Marshmallows

Directions

You'll need a medium mixing bowl, mixing spoon, ice cream scoop (or big spoon), and a storage container.

1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

2. Using an ice cream scoop, shape the mixture into 20 evenly-sized balls.

3. Store in a container in the fridge until ready to eat.

High-Protein S'mores Pudding

Servings: 2

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt

- 1 Scoop Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein

- 2 Tbsp Low-Fat Chocolate Milk

- 1 Graham Cracker

- 1/2 S'mores Level-1 Protein Bar

Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, marshmallows

Directions

You'll need a small mixing bowl, mixing spoon, and a rolling pin or food processor.

1. Crush the graham cracker into crumbs.

2. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and chocolate milk. Mix until smooth and thick.

3. Top with the crushed graham cracker.

4. Cut the protein bar into pieces, sprinkle on top, and enjoy.

High-Protein S'mores Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Low-Fat Chocolate Milk

- 1.5 Scoops Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein

- 1/4 Tsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

- 1/2 Tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

- 1.5 Cups Ice

Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate chips

Directions

You'll need a blender and a cup or glass.

1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to a minute, until you reach your preferred consistency.

3. Pour into a cup, add toppings if you'd like, and enjoy.

High-Protein S'mores Mini Waffles

Servings: 1 (1 Serving = 4 Mini Waffles)

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 1/2 Cup High-Protein Chocolate Waffle/Pancake Mix

- 1 Scoop Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein

- Cooking Spray

Optional toppings: chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, marshmallows

Directions

You'll need a mini waffle iron, medium mixing bowl, and a mixing spoon.

1. Turn on your mini waffle iron and let it warm up.

2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until combined — the batter should match a normal waffle/pancake consistency. Add water as needed.

3. Lightly spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Add 1/4 of the batter and cook for about one minute (or follow your iron's instructions).

4. Plate the waffles, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy.

- 2.5 Scoops Level-1 Milk Chocolate Protein

- 2 Tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

Serve with: strawberries, graham crackers, apples

Directions

You'll need a medium mixing bowl and a mixing spoon.

1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.

2. Serve right away with strawberries, apples, or graham crackers.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
